A to Z Medical Supply, Inc. was established as an S Corporation in 2004. The corporation was purchased in 2005, and then most recently in September 2011 by Brad R. Cottier and Robert L. Cottier, at that time the company was renamed YourCare Medical Supply. Brad Cottier serves as President and General Manager while Robert holds the position of Treasurer. Brad’s background consists of sales, sales management, general management and operations. Robert brings over 30 years of experience as the CFO for a Rochester, N.Y based Wendy’s Restaurants franchisee who owns over 125 locations.  Brad is responsible for running the day to day operations, employee management, and business development. Robert oversees the finances, accounting, and cash management.  Brad and Robert’s rich experience and complimentary expertise will assure YourCare Medical Supply’s growth and success.

Our drive, ambition, and youthful energy, combined with our focus on how we can do better today than what we did yesterday, makes our company unique. Mr. Brad Cottier

Brad Cottier became President of YourCare Medical Supply in 2011. Brad’s focus is creating an organization that strives for excellence in customer service. Utilizing his experiences in management, sales, operations, and home medical equipment, he is responsible for setting the direction and growth of YourCare. Sales team development, employee development, and general management are his primary initiatives. Brad holds several Home Medical Equipment industry and product specific certifications.

Prior to becoming President of YourCare Medical Supply, Brad was Vice President of Sales at MerchantPro Express where he had the responsibility of developing and growing their market share in the Rochester, New York area.Brad has been a mentor for Project C.O.P.E/ Big Brother Big Sister since 2005, volunteers as a youth ice hockey coach and invests in residential real estate in his spare time.Mr. Cottier graduated with an undergraduate BS degree from St. John Fisher College in 2003, and currently resides in the city of Rochester, NY.


Mrs. Amy Brewer
Customer Service Advocate

Amy Brewer joined YourCare Medical Supply in November 2012. Amy’s extensive experience in the Home Medical Equipment field combined with her 20+ years of customer service have made her an integral part of the YourCare Medical Supply team.
Amy is devoted to making each customer her highest priority. Her attention to detail and pleasant attitude will make your experience with YourCare Medical Supply a positive one.
Amy was born and raised in Webster, where she still resides with her husband, two children, and their two dogs.


Mr. Damon Shellhammer
Service Manager

Damon’s past experience in the automotive service and electronic repair industries makes him a valued service manager and coordinator of YourCare Medical Supply’s repair business.

Damon has been in the Home Medical Equipment business specializing in Mobility since 2005, and has owned a repair business since 2008. Damon was raised in Webster, NY, and now lives with his fiancee and two kids in Fairport, NY. His polite attitude and concern for every customers mobility needs makes him a critical member of the YourCare team.


Mr. Tim Boice
Registered Respiratory Therapist

Tim Boice is a Licensed Respiratory Therapist who joined YourCare in 2014. He has over 20 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist at Rochester Regional Health System. In 2009, Tim received a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College. His expertise with CPAP/BIPAP and diseases like Obstructed Sleep Apnea (OSA) and other related respiratory and pulmonary diseases will ensure that the medical needs of each patient is met.



Mrs. Davina Domenico

Davina recently joined YourCare Medical Supply. Davina’s strong experience in client/customer service and her extensive administrative background have made her an integral part of the YourCare Medical Supply team. A combination of her skills will make your experience with YourCare Medical Supply a positive one. Davina was born and raised in Rochester and resides in Penfield with her family.
